  •    Matric 
  •    Tertiary Qualification in Logistics or equivalent 



  • Computer literacy 
  • Sound numerical skills 
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal 


  • Customer service orientation – Able to handle a demanding customer environment 
  • Good problem solving and decision-making skills 
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Handle pressure 
  • Can communicate within the team and contribute to the overall success of the team 
  • Adaptable as this is a constantly changing environment 


  •    Perform workplace assessments and assignments with the training provider 
  •    Coordinate the freight movement and customs clearance 
  •    Cost freight movement and prepare estimates when required 
  •    Process administration related to the shipment file 
  1. Established means of communication between:
